As soon as you have a date. Weekends in spring, summer, and fall book up fastest — 4 to 8 weeks ahead is ideal for arches and full event styling. Corporate weekday installs can sometimes be scheduled with shorter lead times. Last-minute requests are always worth asking.

Absolutely. Send swatches, invitations, brand guidelines, or a Pinterest board and we will build around them — including specialty finishes like chrome, pearl, matte, and metallic gold. Every install is hand-built on site to match your venue and palette exactly.

Every event is quoted individually based on setup size, venue, palette, foils, florals, branding needs, and add-ons. Reach out by phone (862-812-1289), through the booking form, or by email and you will receive a tailored quote within 24 hours.

After we agree on a design and quote, a signed agreement and 50% deposit secure your date. The remaining balance is due the week of the event. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and major credit cards. Businesses can request an invoice for accounts payable when needed.

Yes. Every booking includes professional on-site installation and breakdown. Lisa arrives early so your event starts on time and returns at a scheduled time after — usually the morning after for private parties, or a timed window for corporate venues — to remove everything cleanly.

Yes. We regularly coordinate with venue managers, building engineers, and event planners on load-in times, COI requests when required, and quiet breakdown windows so your space stays guest-ready.

Yes, with the right design. Outdoor installs use freestanding, weighted structures and thoughtful placement. Extreme heat and direct sun shorten lifespan, so morning installs and shade help. Shore and estate outdoor parties are common for us — we plan wind and timing with you.
